Sweet citrus up front, caramel through the middle, and soft red fruits behind it, finished with a clean, silky mouthfeel. Medium bodied with a bright, balanced acidity and the kind of layered complexity that rewards slower brew methods. Sharp enough as espresso, aromatic as a lighter filter.
