Coffee (roasted on demand)
Our coffee is roasted on demand for freshness. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee once delivered. Please double-check your order details, including grind size and quantity, before purchasing. If you have questions before ordering, email support@r2bean2.com.
Damages, defects, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@r2bean2.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Made-to-order merch
Our merch is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general wear and tear.
If your merch arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will make it right.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

Sale or clearance items (where stated)
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the funds.
Chargebacks and delivery issues
If tracking shows an order has been delivered but you have not received it, contact us as soon as possible. We will help you investigate with the carrier.
