Shipping and Returns

Coffee and merch ship separately
Coffee and made-to-order merch are fulfilled by different partners, so they ship in separate parcels. You are charged shipping once at checkout, not twice.

Shipping times

UK coffee
Ships next working day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 11am Friday ship Monday. Closed weekends and bank holidays. Tracking provided.

US coffee
Ships within 3–5 business days. Tracking provided.

Made-to-order merch (UK and US)
Made-to-order. Delivered in 7–10 working days. Tracking provided.

Tracking
You will receive tracking details by email when each parcel ships.

Returns and refunds

Coffee (roasted on demand)
Our coffee is roasted on demand for freshness. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee once delivered. Please double-check your order details, including grind size and quantity, before purchasing.

Made-to-order merch
Made-to-order merch is produced specifically for each order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us and we will make it right.

Damages, defects, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the funds.
