Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your stored payment method for each renewal until you cancel.

To avoid being charged for the next renewal, you must cancel or amend your subscription at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date. Changes or cancellations made after this cut-off will apply from the next billing cycle.

You can manage your subscription by logging into your account on our website and using your account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future deliveries. We do not issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed or dispatched.

Pre-orders
If a product is offered as a pre-order, it means it is not yet available for immediate dispatch. Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout.

You may cancel a pre-order up to 48 hours before the expected dispatch date by emailing support@r2bean2.com. If approved, we will refund the pre-order to the original payment method.

Once a pre-order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any issues on delivery (damaged, defective, or incorrect items) will be handled in line with our Shipping and Returns policy.
