Six beans from around the world go into this blend. You get the depth of a darker roast with caramel and dark cocoa sweetness, so it stays rich without turning harsh, whether you pull it as a shot, pour it into a latte or drink it black.

Brew guide: for espresso, start with 18g of coffee for about 36g in the cup in 25 to 30 seconds. For drip, 2 tablespoons per 6 fl oz of water at 195 to 205°F.
